Midshire Signature Services is a family-owned business led by Sue and Phil Bradwell. Between them, they bring over 60 years of experience in catering, cleaning and facilities management.

After years of working in large corporate environments, they wanted to build something different: a company where service feels personal, teams are valued, and clients get exactly what they need without the red tape.

In 2016, Sue joined Midshire Catering Services as Managing Director, bringing her corporate skills & experience into a smaller, more agile setting. By 2019, she and Phil had acquired the business and rebranded it as Midshire Signature Services.

Together, they’ve created a company that blends big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery. Midshire Signature Services is not about flashy promises. It’s about doing the basics brilliantly, and building services that last.
