Andy oversees the financial direction of the business, supporting long-term planning, performance, and key stakeholder relationships.
Outside of work, he enjoys family adventures, following Liverpool across Europe, and taking on road cycling challenges to stay active.
About Anthony
Anthony supports menu development, food concepts, procurement, and helps mobilise new contracts when needed.
He enjoys playing golf, gardening with his wife, and harvesting homegrown fruit and veg.
About Claire
Claire supports teams across the business to deliver great meals, while also mentoring staff, solving problems, and working closely with clients.
Outside of work, she’s a busy football mum and club welfare officer who enjoys reading when she finds a quiet moment.
About Dave
Dave writes bids, builds budgets, and attends site visits and presentations while bringing fresh ideas to grow the business.
He’s a big fan of football and NFL, keeps fit through running, and loves holidays and family time with his wife and daughter.
About David
David looks after the Saffron and Cre8te recipe systems and deals with the day-to-day challenges of procurement and supply.
When he’s not in chef mode, you’ll find him travelling, playing snooker, watching rugby, or catching up with friends and family.
About Divina
Divina oversees the day-to-day running of the business and leads both the operations and food development teams.
Outside of work, she loves travelling, live music, and discovering new food trends.
About Jeanette
Jeanette is the friendly face who welcomes visitors and helps ensure everything in the office runs like clockwork.
Outside of work, Jeanette enjoys spending time with friends, gardening, and walking her dog.
About Jeremy
Jeremy keeps a close eye on the numbers, building financial models and tracking performance across units.
In his downtime, he’s usually out walking in the countryside or getting involved in historical re-enactment events with his living history group.

John focuses on compliance and ensures everything from cash handling to stock control is in check.
Away from the spreadsheets, he enjoys pottering on his allotment and growing whatever he can coax from the soil.

Karen runs the numbers and makes sure everyone gets paid on time.
When she’s off the clock, she enjoys gardening and making memories with her family, especially her two grandchildren.

Kirsty supports the development of our catering teams, creates menus, and leads food presentations with clients.
Away from work, she enjoys camping with her family, long dog walks, and catching up with friends.

Leanne focuses on creating a safe, supportive environment where people feel valued and motivated to do their best work.
She’s a football fan who enjoys travelling, from sunny escapes to muddy weekends in the camper van with family, friends, and a glass of wine by the fire.

Lee oversees catering and cleaning contracts across South Wales, keeping operations smooth and standards high.
When he’s not working, he enjoys going to the gym and travelling with his family.
About Phil
Phil has shaped a remarkable career in food, cooking for Royalty, mentoring aspiring chefs in colleges, and driving innovation in contract catering.
Now retired and taking a well earned rest, he stays involved at a more strategic level. He is a rugby fan, enjoys eating great food and wine and spending valuable family time with his 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Phillip handles a mix of admin duties and client-facing work, helping to keep everything ticking over behind the scenes.
Outside of work, he’s all about social time and catching up with friends.
About Rachel
Rachel oversees all projects from new site launches to marketing rollouts and system upgrades.
Away from work, she enjoys hiking with her Labradors, travelling, cheering on Glasgow Rangers, and embracing her new role as a grandmother.

Sam leads the charge on new business opportunities and shapes the company’s marketing and creative direction.
Outside work, she enjoys live music and family adventures, often combining the two with her musician husband and their daughter.

Steven manages a range of contracts, making sure services are delivered properly and efficiently.
He’s a fan of football, both watching and playing, and likes getting outdoors with his dog or spending time in the garden.
About Sue
Sue oversees the strategy, finance, and overall direction of the business, balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day involvement.
She loves travelling, especially cruises, walking her dog, listening to 80s and 90s music, and discovering new dishes as a self-confessed foodie.
